Keeping the data fresh
Most database will have 25% wastage in 12 months
Clean data is crucial to business success – Its a fact. As a business, keeping in contact with key customers and prospects is critical to any success. Customers and prospects move or change their phone numbers and fifteen hundred people die each day in the UK. Every day changes are happening to residential data . There are tens of thousands of telephone number changes made daily, people move, change their details, put their phone number on the TPS register. These changes go on unseen and it is not until it’s time to contact a customer or prospect that you find they have moved and you have no forwarding address. How do you stop this happing to your data?
We have a range of cleaning processes that will rejuvenate your data. Whatever services you need, the processing is done in a logical order so that you get the best results at the end. Your original data is untouched unless you require us to do the changes.
Here These are just some of the process that will help to keep residential data as accurate as possible and save money in wasted mailings and lost customers:
Clean and enhance addresses against PAF from Royal Mail
Verifying address details against new versions of PAF enhances addressing quality, bringing enhanced deliverability and reducing the cost of wasted mailings due to poor addressing.
National Change of Address (NCOA)
Identify home movers by screening your file against the Royal Mail NCOA. Processing can also provide new forwarding addresses. Currently 21.3m are registered on this file including those who have moved several times. Over 100,000 updates monthly
The de-duplication service provided is designed to remove duplicate records from a single file of business or consumer names and addresses. Working effectively at individual, surname, business, household or property level, the online de-duplication service uses established ‘fuzzy matching’ techniques to successfully recognise titles, honours and standard business identifiers, as well as phonetic and mis-spelt matches. Deduplication helps to maintain brand image by ensuring that customers and prospects only receive one copy of each communication. Processing costs are quickly recovered through print, production and postage savings, as well as reductions in resource wastage.
Verify or add telephone numbers
Each day between 30,000 to 50,000 telephone numbers change on the UK landline network. Screen data for verification of existing numbers or gain new numbers. Ex directory numbers can be flagged to confirm residence TPS processing can be run at the same time. Covers both BT and cable operators
Gone Away Suppression File (GAS)
