  3. Test your Campaign a number of times before committing to volume
  4. Response levels double for successive mailing and calls
  5. Put a return address on everything – How do know you mailing has been delivered?  If you do not your returns will be shredded
  6. Make sure you have   clean data – Don’t waste money contacting the dead, its distressing for the relatives and you may end up with the wrong sort of publicity.
